Catherine Bostock-Hudy, EA

Catherine received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Green Mountain College in Poultney, Vermont.

Prior to starting CBH Business Services, Inc. in 1998, Catherine began her career at Mallinckrodt Critical Care in Argyle, NY in 1981. She acquired a wide range of experiences as Assistant Financial Analyst, Financial Project Leader and Plant Controller. Catherine possesses extensive experience in corporate finance for a $50 million manufacturing facility where she had the overall responsibility for financial reporting, cost accounting and inventory management, forecasting and budgeting. She maintained the integrity of the balance sheet and the profit and loss statements and prepared monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to the corporate headquarters.

She is a Certified Pro Advisor for Quickbooks, and a member of both the "Best Software Accountants Network (BSAN)", The National Association of Enrolled Agents, National Association of Tax Practitioners, and National Society of Accountants. She serves the Upstate New York area including the cities of Glens Falls, Queensbury, and Saratoga Springs and Warren, Saratoga and Washington counties.

Cindy Prevost

Cindy Shaw-Prevost became a Certified Bookkeeper in 2008. She then went on to acquire her AAS in Accounting at SUNY Adirondack, graduating Summa Com Laude in 2010. While attending college she earned an award for most outstanding student in the Accounting program.

Cindy has been employed by CBH Business Services, Inc since September of 2007.

She currently resides in Granville, NY with her husband, Chad and three children.

David Oboysk

David Oboyski Sr has been with CBH since September 2008 and has brought to the firm over 35 years of accounting & marketing experience prior to retiring in 2005. Formerly of Pregis Corporation (originally located in Glens Falls), his positions during his career included Controller, National Customer Service Manager, and Database Administration. In addition, he maintained a tax & accounting service for eight years.

David currently resides in Saratoga Springs, NY with his wife, Joan.
